Front desk service has deteriorated since Ted has gone. But the rest of the services were terrific. I was given a ride home, called with an estimate, kept informed about time needed, given a ride back to retrieve my car. Brakes are no longer noisy and work very well. However, I was not told that my brakes would need replacing when the car was serviced less than 1,000 miles previously. |

I was worried about my car air conditioner. It's running fine now. I was grateful you were willing to look at it. Dee |

gentleman was very polite. but I didn't get the idea he wanted to do the work. I went to a dealer. Got a courtesy ride home and back. The work done was well over twice the cost suggested at Fletcher's. and there is more to do. |

I came in for an evap leak you replaced a part I told you was already replaced. I still have small evap leak and a larger large leak. You said you didn't fix the problem but you still charged me $400 for a $30 part. A lot of labor and no result. I did get my tire pressure sensors replaced as well and they work good. |

Great service and around the corner. A lot better than driving to the dealer where my wife purchased the car in Frederick, Md. Should see you again in 3-6 months what ever the recommendation is. Henry Gaidis, Olney, Maryland |
