| I have taken my car to Fletcher's ever since I moved to Sandy Spring, MD 9 years ago. They do a great job of taking car of my car and me in that they make sure that my car is safe to drive. |

| We have been taking our cars to Fletchers since 1982. Tommy works on my Miata 2006 and HondaCRV 2015z Recently the Honda could use some major, but not crucial major service. Given the mileage, Tommy gave me suggestions! Bobby? s addition of the car wash is only commercial service I use! |

| Was headed out early on Saturday, 8/3/25, and my car wouldn't start. My husband was successful in jumping the car. I went to a praise band rehearsal and when leaving, again it wouldn't start. A friend was able to jump my car. Although I had somewhere else to go, I was concerned I'd have the same problem. I called Fletchers and asked, "If the problem was my battery, could they replace it ASAP. They said it could take up to 45 minutes, "if" it was the battery. It was in fact the battery and they had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. The gentleman were curtious and obviously got the problem resolved quickly. As I expected, I wasn't able to get to my next stop in time but I was grateful to be quickly back on the road and I could continue other plans for the weekend, with no car hassles. Kudos Fletchers!!! |
