| Was headed out early on Saturday, 8/3/25, and my car wouldn't start. My husband was successful in jumping the car. I went to a praise band rehearsal and when leaving, again it wouldn't start. A friend was able to jump my car. Although I had somewhere else to go, I was concerned I'd have the same problem. I called Fletchers and asked, "If the problem was my battery, could they replace it ASAP. They said it could take up to 45 minutes, "if" it was the battery. It was in fact the battery and they had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. The gentleman were curtious and obviously got the problem resolved quickly. As I expected, I wasn't able to get to my next stop in time but I was grateful to be quickly back on the road and I could continue other plans for the weekend, with no car hassles. Kudos Fletchers!!! |

| Routine maintenance check that I get done twice a year., Leave the car before 9AM and they provide me a ride home and pick me up when finished. Always courteous and professional and provide a reasonably prices service, that is top notched. Highly recommend. |
