Love Fletcher's! I always feel like I can trust that your employees are there to help and not to recommend services I don't need. |

I have been with Fletcher?s since they put on my door after my own deaaler?s auto-body shop claimed it was impossible to get the door to close fully following their own body work. Iit was to remove a scratch but they had to take the door off to primer it and get the original paint from Buick to make it match the car. Okay, so the car looks greatly but the door closes crooked? And I put $15,000 cash down on that car with the dealer and went to their body shop and this is as good as it gets? It isn?t. I went to Fletcher?s just to get a smog check. I noticed some other service (I wasn?t really paying attention I just wanted a smog inspection or Maryland inspection or whatever Maryland wanted so I went to a place with people who looked like they would talk to means tell me what Maryland wanted. I was very well informed. So, being the thorough person I am, I said well just do that full version of the inspection you day my car is too young to get. It?s been worked on and the door is hunky so it?s time inspite of it?s youth. And Khurana what? They realigned the door and it shut with that vacuum sound. That ?shoomp.? You know the one. It?s the new car door closing sound when there?s a tight fit that?ll soundproof (and weather proof your car?s interior. That was in, like, 2005. It?s 2020. I?m still around and I?m not taking my car anywhere else and I?m on my third one now. See them. The fix, row, change tires, install the right batteries when car roadside assistance services give you cheap ones, and even wash (car wash) and/or car detail your car. Don?t forget that their tow trucks and facility is manicured. What completion. I?m laughing at that notion. You know they gave apprentices. That?s why they all know so much. Time. It took time for them to learn and they are taking time to pad it on so your children can get their car repaired by Fletcher's apprentices. They are living Artisans. Go figure. |

ODOMETER ON REPAIR ORDER SAYS 16152; IT IS ACTUALLY 46152. THE REPAIR ORDER SAYS "THIRD BRAKE LIGHT OUT" BUT NO ONE ASKED ME TO REPLACE IT. |

I have always received excellent service in all my auto repairs and service. But this most recent April 2024 Something was missed. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. I thought that this also included checking fluid levels, battery and window wipers. After I got home I noticed my window wipers needed replacement and the negative post on my battery needed cleaning. I took care it. I will continue to use your auto services. |

Customer communication could be improved. The way issues were relayed seem a bit confrontationall. Could be more diplomatic. |

Front desk service has deteriorated since Ted has gone. But the rest of the services were terrific. I was given a ride home, called with an estimate, kept informed about time needed, given a ride back to retrieve my car. Brakes are no longer noisy and work very well. However, I was not told that my brakes would need replacing when the car was serviced less than 1,000 miles previously. |
