| I have been going to Fletcher's for years. The first time I went there I had an issue with my driver's side door. I had had the car repaired by the dealer and even though I used the dealer's own repair shop, and they ordered a door panel and painted it there, they still couldn't fit the door on the car after the repair. There was a small gap. They said it would be fine but it had a hissing noise everywhere I drove. So I have to get a vehicle inspection. I take it to Fletcher's. They say they have two kinds. So I buy the most expensive one because I want them to look at everything. I come back to pick the car up and this is what the guy said: "Oh, your car passed all the tests. The only thing was somebody didn't put your door back on right. So, we just put it back on. It closes properly now." And I was just flabbergasted. I didn't even bring it in for that and he and his techs obviously finished the vehicle inspection I paid for. But that's not all they do whether you hire them or not. They simply care for your car as long as they can see it. You can't go wrong. |

| Fletchers is the only place we want to take our cars for service. We?ve gotten new tires, other basic maintenance, and more here. Their team offers easy dropoff and pickup options, which we especially appreciate during covid, and they have reasonable prices. I also really appreciate that I don?t feel like they?re pushing unnecessary upgrades on me, and always recommend them to other people as a result! |

| Friendly, affordable, comprehensive service. I had my car in for an engine light issue and routine service when the mechanic noticed a front end safety problem in my car as he was raising it on the lift. When he told me about what he found, it reminded me of the front end noise I would hear whenever I went over a speed bump. I am grateful to Greg for finding the deficiency before it became disabling . |
